<description>&lt;p&gt;I didn't have that particular problem but one of my friends did and her doctor recommended swimming.  The water helps relive stress on the bones and alleviates pain.  Try it out! Hope if helps you.

<description>&lt;p&gt;OMG!!!  My pelvic area hurts alot.  My doctor says that it's because my pelvic bones are separating but boy does it hurt.  Has anyone else experienced this?? If so, how did you handle it?
