There is a book called "Deceptively Delicous." The book contains recipes and hints on how to get your child/ren to eat healthy food. For instance, mixing some tuna and Kraft Diner together. I'm not sure of the publisher but it's a very interesting book.

Hope this helps,

My two year old daughter is having a really hard time lately eating vegetables. I give them to her and often try to mix them in with other food but she either picks around it or picks it out of her food and makes a nice little pile on the side of her plate. I encourage her to eat at least one bite each time I give them to her. How do I get her to eat them better? And how do I know if she is getting enough vegetables in her diet?
